The New York Pizza Kit is a frozen product that provides you with the most delicious 24-hour fermented dough balls, bags of rich and silky pizza sauce that has been slow-cooked for hours and packets of the finest mozzarella cheese. Being frozen, you can store it for up to three months, knowing that the most delicious pizza is at your disposal at any given time. With our quick defrost method you can have your pizza ready from scratch in just 45 minutes!
Our dough gives you the option to develop even more flavour by fermenting it for up to 6 days in your fridge. The result: Pizza Heaven.

How it started:
People might not be aware that pizza is in fact a celebration of the dough. Great dough makes great pizza and the toppings merely complement the magic within the pizza base. That is why I’ve spent years learning about pizza dough and how it behaves at different fermentation and baking temperatures, hydrations and yeast percentages.
For the home cook:
Understanding that most people don’t have proper wood-fired pizza ovens at home, I wanted to develop a dough where you, as a home cook, can create restaurant-quality pizzas using conventional household ovens.
I’ve based this dough on the New York-style recipe of pizza dough, which is cooked at around 300C, so this was the closest style of pizza one could emulate at home seeing that most home ovens max up to 240C. Therefore I created this unique dough and tested it hundreds of times to make sure that it will produce the best possible pizza, where YOU are the star of the show.

I also aimed to create a dough that is universal and is perfectly fit for any type of oven heat, whether it’s 200C or 500C, but still produces a delicious pizza consistently, no matter what oven you use. So if you are lucky enough to have a wood-fired pizza oven or any other type of pizza oven, the New York Pizza kit is perfectly suited to give you the best possible results each time.
