Exchanges
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
We only replace the product if it is not in its original condition and if it is defective, damaged or has missing parts.
To complete your exchange, we will require a receipt or proof of purchase as well as a picture to show that it is not in its original condition, is defective, damaged or has missing parts.

If it is approved, then your exchange will be processed and will reschedule for delivery.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
If it hasn’t reflected, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
